ABOUT YOLA
Growing up in small village in Southern Lebanon, Yola was her mom's assistant in the kitchen. She grew up learning how to cook the authentic meals that her mom learned from her grandma and her grandma from her mom and so on.
After Yola moved to America, she decided to share the family treasures of ancient recipes with everyone who loves food.

With over 35 years of experience in the Mediterranean cuisine, Yola promises to deliver the best quality meals you can imagine. If the eyes are the gates to the soul, the stomach is the gate to the heart.

OUR KITCHEN
All our foods are freshly prepared and cooked at the state of the art, commercially licensed kitchen of MTA. With the newest equipment and the highly clean cooking environment. You can enjoy the food we prepare knowing that it was cooked up to the highest food safety standards. None of our food is prepared outside of MTA Licensed kitchens and all of our ingredients are organic and fresh.
